When I was young 7 years old My tooth was broken and doctor did same transplation and after 10 years now I'm 17 years old and now there saying that my transplation got infection so I will get again surgery and they will fix artifical tooth just pray for me ❤️👍

In order to avoid badly carious teeth, do these preventive steps. 1. Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day. - brushing without making use of the proper technique is like washing your clothes without water. - Tilt your brush in a 45° angle pointed at your gums, it will help clean the inner surfaces of the teeth deep inside your gums. - do it in a circular vibratory motion. - Brush your teeth in an up and down motion, to remove plaque in between tooth surfaces. - in the premolar and molar areas, brush the chewing surfaces to avoid plaque accumulation that may result to calcular deposits. 2. Floss daily. - Floss in between tooth surfaces - Do the proper flossing technique, you can watch it on YouTube to understand it fully. 3. Avoid brushing right after eating. - Brush at least 30 mins after eating. - because after eating, your mouth becomes acidic, which is the reason why your teeth gets bad. - if you brush your teeth while it is acidic, you are actually making it worse by removing the protection made by your saliva and exposing your teeth surfaces to acids. It will cause demineralization. 4. Avoid eating, drinking sweets and carbohydrates in long duration. - Bacterias like these foods. - They secrete acid after eating these foods. - You can eat these foods in one go, but don't eat it in long duration. - Example: eating 5 chocolate bars in one go is better than eating it once every 30 minutes. - the longer your teeth is exposed to these type of foods, the more food you'll feed the bacterias.
