Before wasting your time, cart flying has been patched. I just uploaded a video on how to perform a two player cart fly with a turret attached to it after this patch, it is CURRENTLY working. You can also weld dynamite to the sides of it and light them and unweld them to rain dynamite from the sky on enemies.
