I am seriously hoping they take elements from HHP or even Pocket Camp and let the player choose what biome they live in! It would help players so much who have themed towns 😌 I also really hope they focus on villager interactability and make them more fun to talk to

My knee jerk reaction was to reject the whole city concept but the more i think about it, the more intrigued i am. I can definitely see it being like city folk where the city part of the game is separate from the village part, which i think would be pretty cool!

Exciting stuff potentially! I think we’re all speculating and waiting to see what kind of games Nintendo puts out for the Switch 2. Me personally, I’m just eagerly waiting for Tomodachi Life Living the Dream to come out :3

If it does come out next year I know it will probably come on the Nintendo switch 2 but I hope they release it on the original Nintendo switch so people who don’t have the Nintendo switch 2 two will be able to play it I don’t have the Nintendo switch 2 I still have the original one I would love to play the new animal crossing game when it happens

Im hoping the cars mentioned are the camper vans being brought back in, i loved the campsite in nl with harv and the camper vans & the camper van home in pc so maybe they could bring that back instead of the tent campsite so harv has a real job again & maybe we can have our own camper van that we can customize the exterior of & upgrade & such! Am also dying hoping we get the town tree back i love how it grew alongside the town, & the mail system with the pelicans loved getting on early enough to see him out doin "deliveries" it was such a cute touch!

I'm so nervous for this game, whenever it comes out (and it will). This will likely be the single most important release for the Animal Crossing franchise since Wild World. They have the technology to create an improved version of what Animal Crossing was originally supposed to be about, however, New Horizons took a major step in a different direction. Either this next mainline game will continue the path of New Horizons, in which case the new direction is completely solidified for the franchise moving forward, or they'll actually take players like me to heart and give us a brand new iteration of the original philosophy. New Leaf is overall the best game when you take a balance of all the features that make up an Animal Crossing game, however, Wild World is still the best game, after two whole decades, when it comes to the parts of the franchise that I personally value most, although the original was also extremely good for a first release. People will say to just play the old games if you truly like them more than the new ones, but the thing is I've done that, and I've been doing that for 20 years! Wild World may be the best in the franchise for what I'm looking for in Animal Crossing, but its still a small, outdated game, held back ONLY by the technology its hosted on. After 20 years of wait, I think I deserve an upgrade to the same type of experience, which made this franchise what it was in the first place.

In animal crossing population growing E+, you can even have custom villagers I would love it if they bring that feature in animal crossing switch 2 And maybe we can also have the option to generate some amiibo cards of your custom villagers

I have a feeling, its a major update to New Horizons or a DLC game. Usually it take years for a major game like this to be on a mainline console. Anyway, whatever it is, hopefully it happens!
