This kid is incredibly fearless, knowledgeable and he has the rare ability to articulate under stress. Even better than many educated and trained litigators.

@danjones8182

I love how the kid is helping the cops complete their sentences because they're flustered

@mohamedshimrah5777

"im still talking can u please not interrupt me"

DANG BRO FRIED THAT OFFICER

@mybagoftheday1722

I noticed that during the heated conversations the boy kept saying, ”ok” and ”I understand that” - he feeded the conversation with these words and phrases that made it seem he was agreeable and did not stuck with arguing, but then he kept bringing up his points and questions. He not only had knowledge but actually good negotioation skills.

@soberenergy

I'm surprised nobody is praising the father on amazing parenting skills. This is the kind of son every father wants. Amazing!

@Thetrueshogun

Buddy really told the police to not interrupt him when he was talking. What a freaking legend!

@San1i

“what’s your name?”
“jack! don’t tell him”
😭🙏

@jqvanni1

"im still talking can u please not interrupt me"

absolutely humbled

@TheBinklemNetwork

cops involved: "I am big and right, you are little and wrong"
kid: "I can actually speak in coherent sentences in a relatively calm demeanor"

@TheNinjaFam

What a brave and well spoken kid!

@ItzJvlia

This kid definitely needs to be a lawyer in the future, he can convey his points so well even when in a stressful situation.

@Jnoelle1984

Most mature, educated and well mannered kid I’ve ever seen.

@Troylear

It’s crazy to see how a 15 year old kid can outsmart a grown cop.

@michaelfrancis3558

Jack is a straight up boss. And as the old saying goes, "If cops knew the law, they'd be lawyers".

@raymombrun5549

When I was 15 I didn't know about these things...This kid is ahead of his time...congratulations Jack

@SPOOKSTR

Cop: ''We're not going to play these stupid games''.
Kid: ''You kind of are...''
Mad respect from Australia little man. Couldn't have made your dad prouder. Cheers.

@alessiaplebani9233

He was brave enough to say “I’m still talking don’t interrupt me” and made a way more older cop stop talking. If I was jack I would be crying on the floor

@alanwalker4520

This video is about 5 years old. According to the updates: 2 Officers (Sgt. Thor, Ofc Rodregrez (sp?)) have been fired. The third officer (Ofc. Proctor) has a major reprimand on his record. The entire Park City Police Dept. has/had to go thru 1st Amendment training, "Jack" and his father have a major lawsuit against the Park City Police Department and still going thru the Court System, as for Park City's attempt to dismiss, it was denied. As for "Jack" who was 15 years old at the time, he is now 18-19 now, he has been accepted/going to a major university and going thru Pre-Law, last I heard (Thru the 'Lackluster' Channel) he was accepted into law school....

@marct2124

I would like to buy this dad a drink for standing up to the bully yelling at his kid for having fun and for raising a respectable young man along with following up with holding them accountable. Well done Mr Franchek, Cheers

@TheAlienpope

I'm super impressed by this kid! So many other kids and even grown ups would be too scared or nervous to do what he's doing. Seriously, well done!
