I forgot how much this video meant to me as a teenager. Classic message and visuals.

@R-L-I

This was Dr. Dre’s transition song from Deathrow to Aftermath, from gangsta rapper to mogul, from producer to Super producer/CEO.

@gingdaninj3040

this beat is so funky.

@patrickreichert1442

I remember when this came out as Dre's first song after leaving Death Row. This was a BIG DEAL!

@carolynhorn1964

This video will always be 🔥...I love to see black people in this realm

@drebodollaz3504

The way the beat switches gives me chills

@آریامنتظمی

Although 96 was his worst year this song is really good.his body language is great.back then this song wasn't really understood beacuse this was different with gangster songs and was ahead of its time

@jasonvoorhees1765

Dr. Dre is the Quincy Jones of Hip Hop!

@usherandrews3628

The beats on this shit are fucking phenomenal. This was hard work. Not a dial a flow. This is bump from the bottom up. People weren’t ready for this when it came out but it can’t be trolled for any reason. The time and focus spent on this “ fuck up” is what most spend their entire life energy on!

@cleftheart1969

Fun fact when Mtv stood for music. Dr dre hosted his favorite videos. He said it took a week to learn those dance steps. He said wasn't easy thought it simple it was very difficult. 🤭 they use to so creative with music videos not anymore 🙄😒. So blessed I lived that era!

@shedabelle8485

I love the ballroom dancing. They be killin it!

@mattsheezy5469

“Straight or Illegal, it’s still the root of all evil...” Outstanding writing ✍️

@HershNoeie

When he transitioned from hardcore gangster rap to mogul and showed his versatility. I remember this song and saying man he is still keeping the beats funky but way different message. Now he does interviews like a regular common dad.

@LadyCoyKoi

The ballroom dance has always been my favorite scene and best scene of any rap video I had ever seen so far. 😎

@iceala

That ballroom dancing scene was classy. Loved it!

@Evolved_Phoenix_Rising

I feel good about him showing that classy black society

@thejadog1741
