honestly i was lying down and noticed my crown chakra spinning, i put this on because it was pretty over powering and now that this was on it basically immediately stopped … i also noticed more affirmations flowing to my head that i always forget… it’s kinda like im immediately recognizing the blockages within my body… thank you man, genuinely feel relieved:,)

i think i had my crown chakra opened since i was a child, with all the other chakras out of balance it made my nervous system wacky af. I've been working on my other chakras and thought i'd give crown chakra a go, so far this has been the most soothing and relaxing on my body
