والسؤال المطروح الآن لا يتعلق بالأمور التي تناهضها 🌍 روسيا 🇷🇺🇷🇺,

ولكنه يرتبط بالمستقبل الذي تريد روسيا أن تبنيه. 

إن التغلب على فقدان الثقة الذي استمر لعدة سنوات سيكون صعبا، 

ولكننا سنمضي قدما مسلحين بالشجاعة واستقامة النوايا والعزم.

سيكون هناك الكثير من القضايا التي سيناقشها البلدان، 

ونحن مستعدون للمضي قدما دون شروط مسبقة على أساس الاحترام المتبادل.

إن الأمر الواضح لجميع المعنيين بموضوع الأسلحة النووية أننا قد وصلنا إلى نقطة تتطلب الحسم، 

وهي ببساطة لا ترتبط بمصالح أميركا ولكنها ترتبط بمنع سباق للتسلح النووي قد يدفع بالمنطقة إلى طريق محفوف بالمخاطر ويدمر النظام العالمي لمنع انتشار الأسلحة النووية.

إنني مدرك أن البعض يعترض على حيازة بعض الدول لأسلحة لا توجد مثلها لدى دول أخرى، 

ولا ينبغي على أية دولة أن تختار الدول التي تملك أسلحة نووية، 

وهذا هو سبب تأكيدي مجددا وبشدة على التزام أميركا بالسعي من أجل عدم امتلاك أي من الدول للأسلحة النووية،

وينبغي على أية دولة بما فيها 🌏 كوريا الشمالية 🇰🇵🇰🇵 أن يكون لها حق الوصول إلى الطاقة النووية السلمية إذا امتثلت لمسؤولياتها بموجب معاهدة منع انتشار الأسلحة النووية، 

وهذا الالتزام جوهري في المعاهدة ويجب الحفاظ عليه من أجل جميع الملتزمين به.

أنقذوا شعوبنا!.
أنقذ كوكبنا 🌎🌏🌍 !!!.

Etika yang harus dicatat oleh setiap negara adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Kalau kendaraan militer dari suatu negara ingin melintasi negara lain maka wajib minta izin pada negara tersebut.
2. Kalau ingin menggelar latihan militer di dekat perbatasan negara maka wajib minta izin terlebih dahulu pada negara lain.
3. Negara-negara yang sedang mengalami permasalahan soal perbatasan negara maka wajib menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut melalui musyawarah bersama tanpa adanya keegoisan dan perdebatan di mahkamah internasional.
4. Suatu negara tidak boleh melakukan agresi militer, pendudukan militer, kolonialisme, dan imperialisme pada negara lain. Jika ada negara yang melakukan agresi militer, pendudukan militer, kolonialisme, dan imperialisme maka wajib Persatuan Bangsa-Bangsa menindak tegas dan menghukum pemimpin negara dan anggota pemerintah negara tersebut.
5. Jika ada permasalahan berupa perebutan sumber daya alam di dekat perbatasan negara maka wajib diselesaikan melalui musyawarah bersama tanpa adanya keegoisan dan perdebatan di mahkamah internasional.
6. Jika ada pemimpin negara yang melakukan kediktatoran, keotoriteran, korupsi, rasisme, dan aparteid maka wajib polisi negara harus menindak tegas dan menangkap pemimpin negara yang jahat tersebut. Jika tidak ada polisi negara yang menindak tegas dan menangkap pemimpin negara jahat itu maka wajib Persatuan Bangsa-Bangsa menindak tegas dan menghukum pemimpin negara yang jahat itu sekaligus menegur polisi negara itu.
7. Setiap negara wajib membangun infrastruktur dengan menganalisa dampak lingkungan yang akan terjadi pada masa mendatang, mendaur ulang sampah dan limbah industri, serta melakukan reboisasi.
