With the third Sumeru teaser trailer out showing the new characters, al-Haitham caught my eye and sent me down a rabbit hole of research. This video is analysing what little we have of his character so far and speculating on what it could mean for the future. Take it all with a grain of salt as I'm likely wrong on a few things but there's too much interesting stuff going on with him to not share what I found. Also if I've mispronounced any names or words let me know in the comments, I did my best but there's probably something I messed up somewhere.

Since this is mainly speculation too, let me know any wild theories or ideas you've got about al-Haitham or Sumeru in general in the comments as there's a lot to talk about just from the 3 teaser trailers we've had so far.


(Btw, Diluc lore video is basically done but I've got a feeling the end of his event will add something to his story that I'll want to include. I thought we'd be getting the event weeks and weeks earlier than we did but it should be over soon and the video will be up not long after. Sorry for the wait!)
