I look forward to my morning smoothies and my lunchtime wraps now, it’s a huge difference from what I was eating before. I want to make a video about all the changes I’ve noticed in myself since starting this wellness journey so I will probably do that tomorrow to mark the first week. I’m so glad I’m caring about myself enough to do this now.
