Malshej Ghat in monsoon becomes so magical. We went there recently during the rainy day, the clouds take over the Sahyadri mountains completely, there were clouds everywhere in Malshej Ghat and visibility was so low to drive the car. The Pimpalgaon Joga backwaters look so heavenly with clouds coverting the whole waterbody. From here only the famous trek of Harihareshwar starts. If you are in Mumbai or Pune during monsoon season then please do visit this wonderful location.
