It was my birthday last week - 53 years old or young as they say!!

I’m so grateful to all of you who have shared this journey with me in one form or another as I have come to know and be inspired by your deep dedication to healing through mantra.

The word for today that I’m meditating on is “Saibhang” or Self Illumination! That’s right! Each of us has the capacity to light up our lives! To live in joy and peace! That capacity exists right within, like a little leaf on a big tree, or a drop of water in a big ocean, it doesn’t matter… we each have that intrinsic capacity within.
