Golden retriever Sakura🌸 will soon be 1 year and 6 months old
Saku, Saku-chan, Sakura🌸 is called☘️

I live in Tokyo with my family of three, two owners in their 40s🐕❤️✨

We are in our 40s, the middle generation
A lot of things happen to our family.
Caring for our parents, something we never thought about in our 30s
Children's illnesses, our own illnesses, etc.
A lot of things happen in the middle generation💦
It's different from when we were in our 20s, when we were only thinking about ourselves

Sakura🐕 is obviously shorter than a human's life
Limited dog life
I hope she can live a fun, stress-free and safe life✨

Story flow

Less than 2 months of boarding training☺️
After returning home from training
Just when I thought we'd have a fun life from now on✨
Her health worsened, her legs were unnatural
She didn't want to walk in her favorite park An unfortunate incident💦

That night, I was introduced by a neighbor and went to the Nekketsu Doctor's hospital in Kinshicho for an emergency visit.

I was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and severe bilateral patellar syndrome.

I was eligible for bilateral surgery😢
Right side in March
Both sides in May
Stitches were removed at the end of May

1-month follow-up visit completed

After resting, I was allowed to go for walks again

The final decision will be made at the follow-up visit 1 month after the stitches are removed💦

They said that the pins should be removed because they were likely due to osteosarcoma, but they were not removed immediately

I have already cut my right leg twice😢

After being discharged from the hospital

I may have become a little scared of the outside world.

He started walking little by little, but his fear has intensified 😭
Currently, the owner is trying and erroring to turn walks into entertainment

Significant muscle weakness 🐕's mental depression
Onset of hip dysplasia pain
At the examination to remove the stitches
Hip surgery is essential in the future 😢
Rehabilitation - We are also considering a second opinion on the hip joint

We were about to enter the next phase of rehabilitation, but we were not able to go for a walk, so we will resume training a little again.

There are a lot of problems 😢, but I am supporting 🌸🐕 who is trying his best to live now ☘️
Now he can walk
The outside is not scary
The current goal is to enjoy walks

Thank you very much for everyone's warm encouragement, comments and advice ☺️❤️🐕

This video shows how he started to hate walks after being allowed to go for walks 1.5 months after surgery ☺️ #dog #goldenretreiver #patera #animalhospital #largedog #goldenretreiver #hipdysplasia #beloveddog
